1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Handicap-Fan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

To use Handicap-Fan, you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and be able to complete our identity-verification (KYC) requirements. Our services are intended for users in Nigeria only. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3. Accounts and Security

Users must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials and notify us of unauthorised access. Accounts must not be sold or transferred without our consent. We may require proportionate age and identity verification, particularly before approving a creator or paying out earnings. Failure to verify may prevent approval; mandatory payment and refund rights already accrued remain unaffected.

4. Roles and scope of our service

A “Creator” is an approved adult who publishes a creator page and offers content or benefits through it. A “Fan” is an adult who visits, follows or pays a creator. “Creator Content” means content uploaded by a creator. A “Paid Post” is an individually priced item; a “Tier” is a recurring subscription level with the benefits specified on the creator page; a “Tip” is an optional, clearly designated payment that does not buy a promised item or service. Where enabled, messages, live streams, collections and other features are governed by the offer displayed for that feature.

The Creator is the seller and contracting party for the Creator Content and Tier benefits offered to Fans. The Platform provides publication, access-control and payment-facilitation services to creators and fans. Handicap Fan Limited contracts separately with each user for the Platform services and with creators for payment collection and its platform fee. We do not promise that a particular creator will publish future content unless that creator expressly offers that obligation. Our own duties to operate access, process properly received payments, handle complaints and comply with law remain ours.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. We are a technology platform; payment and custody services are provided by our licensed partner,Flutterwave.

5.Creator pages and paid offers

The Platform enables adult creators to offer lawful photographs, videos, posts and other digital content. Fans may use free areas and, where offered, purchase access to individual items, take out time-limited creator subscriptions or make voluntary payments. We do not promise any particular frequency or quantity of new creator posts unless the specific offer expressly says so. The Platform is intended for content about people with disabilities and their communities. Fans do not have to have a disability. Any creator eligibility rules relating to disability must be published transparently and applied lawfully. Pornographic or other adult content is not permitted.

6.Orders and prices

Before payment, we display at least the content or scope of service, total price including applicable taxes, currency, payment method, duration, any renewal and cancellation terms, and the relevant creator as contracting seller. The creator controls the description and price within Platform rules. The creator-to-fan contract for the offer is formed when the order is accepted and access is confirmed through the Platform. Our confirmation also records the related Platform transaction. The purchase button clearly states that placing the order entails payment. An automated acknowledgement of receipt is not acceptance unless it expressly confirms that access has been granted. Specific offer terms and mandatory consumer law prevail over conflicting general terms.

7.Individual content purchases

For an individual purchase, the fan receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the specified item for the access period stated in the offer. Downloading is allowed only if expressly offered. Fans must not resell, publicly upload or redistribute content, or circumvent technical access controls. Creators and depicted persons retain their rights. Where no access period was specified, paid content must not be removed without appropriate remedies if removal would deprive the fan of the purchased benefit; mandatory rights remain unaffected.

8.Creator subscriptions

A creator may offer several subscription Tiers, each with its own clearly described benefits and price. A subscription provides access to the selected Tier for the stated period. Any automatic renewal, renewal price and billing interval are shown immediately before ordering. A creator may change a Tier's benefits or price prospectively; we notify affected fans before the next charge and give them a practical opportunity to cancel. Changes do not alter a period already paid for without an applicable legal basis and appropriate remedy. If a subscription renews automatically, the fan may stop renewal through their account for the end of the paid period at any time, subject to any more favourable legal right. We confirm cancellation electronically and provide any cancellation mechanism required by applicable law. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not affect statutory withdrawal or remedies for defective service. If a creator area is substantially reduced or permanently closed, the creator and Platform provide their respective remedies or refunds required by law.

9.Payments

Creators appoint Handicap Fan Limited as a limited collection intermediary solely to arrange collection of payments for creator offers, account for those payments and remit the creator share in accordance with the Platform-Creator earnings formula. The appointment does not transfer ownership of creator content or make us the seller of that content. Payment to the designated checkout discharges the fan’s payment obligation to the creator to the extent the funds are successfully collected.

Payments are processed through Flutterwave. We do not store complete card details ourselves to the extent those details are processed solely by Flutterwave. Unauthorised charges may be reported under applicable law and payment-provider rules. A chargeback alone is not proof of fraud. Where there is a concrete suspicion of misuse, we may temporarily review access and take proportionate action after review. Prices and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Pricing or technical errors are addressed in accordance with applicable law.

10.Cancellation

A Nigerian fan does not receive an automatic 14-day EU-style withdrawal right merely because an order is placed online. This does not remove cancellation, fair-dealing, quality, non-delivery and remedy rights that apply under the FCCPA and other applicable law. Before purchase we clearly disclose when access begins, whether a purchase is a one-off item or recurring subscription, the billing interval and cancellation method. A fan may stop future subscription renewals through [account path] or by contacting info@handicap-fan.com; cancellation does not undo charges properly incurred for a period already supplied, but any legally required refund remains available. A request to cancel an advance order is assessed under applicable law, including section 120 FCCPA where it applies. We do not describe all payments as “non-refundable” and do not charge unreasonable cancellation fees. If content is not supplied, substantially differs from the creator’s offer, or a charge is duplicated or unauthorised, the fan can contact us and the creator for an appropriate remedy or refund. We coordinate the complaint and payment adjustment; neither creator nor Platform can remove statutory remedies by saying that a paid purchase was a “donation”. If we voluntarily allow refunds beyond the legal minimum, the specific terms will be stated at checkout. For buyers in other countries, we provide any additional mandatory withdrawal information and consent steps required before purchase; a Nigerian governing-law clause does not eliminate those rights.

11.Creator content and licence

Creators retain ownership of their content. By uploading, a creator grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, for the period during which the content is available and a reasonable technical wind-down period, to store, convert, preview, transmit and display it as needed to provide the specific Platform offering. Using content or a person’s likeness for advertising outside the Platform requires separate authorisation. Creators represent that they have the necessary rights to their uploads and any required permissions from depicted people. Alleged infringements may be reported to us via our contact email.

12.Moderation and account measures

We assess reports in light of the content, context, evidence and possible harm. Measures may include labelling, restricting or removing content, suspending monetisation, suspending an account or closing an account. Where law requires, we provide reasons and avenues to challenge decisions. We may act immediately where necessary to address an imminent risk or legal obligation. Users may challenge a decision through [info@handicap-fan.com]; legally available out-of-court and court remedies remain available.

13.Creator Earnings, Verification and Taxes

Before monetisation, creators must verify identity, age, payment information and any required tax information. We explain which information Flutterwave or any another involved payout provider requires.

Unless a particular offer expressly displays a different split, the Platform fee is 20% and the creator share is 80% of the defined transaction base. This fee compensates Handicap Fan Limited for Platform and collection-intermediary services. Is calculation based on gross receipts or amounts net of taxes, payment fees, refunds and chargebacks. Without this, the entitlement is unclear.

Funds may be held only for a stated reason, for a proportionate period, with an understandable accounting, for example during a concrete fraud investigation or a legally required review.

Creators, as sellers of their offers, are responsible for their own tax returns to the extent imposed by applicable law. This does not remove tax withholding, reporting or indirect-tax duties imposed on the Platform.

Creators may request a clear statement of sales, fees, refunds and payouts. Accounting disputes: [info@handicap-fan.com].

14.Tips, gifts and messages

A Tip, where enabled, is an optional payment to support a creator without purchasing promised content, personal attention or preferential treatment. The Platform must label it separately from paid posts and subscriptions. A promised product, service or access must be sold as such and may not be relabelled a Tip to avoid a refund claim or regulatory duty. Tips may be reversed or refunded where required by law or payment rules, including unauthorised or duplicate charges. Gift subscriptions, paid messages, commissioned content or live events are available only if displayed as active features and accompanied by their own scope, delivery and price information. Private messages are subject to the Community Guidelines and may be reviewed when reported or where lawful safety and fraud checks require it.

15.Deposits, Virtual Accounts and Withdrawals

When your account is verified, we (through our licensed partners) create a dedicated virtual account you can fund by bank transfer. Funds typically reflect in your wallet shortly after transfer.

Withdrawals are paid to a bank account verified in your name; for your security, bank-account details are managed through verification and, where required, our support team. We may apply limits, holds, or additional checks on deposits and withdrawals to comply with our policies and applicable law, or where we suspect fraud or error.

16.Refund Policy

We do not promise an additional voluntary return period. Fans may contact info@handicap-fan.com regarding duplicate charges, content not made available, material failure to provide what was offered, or mistaken payments. We review the circumstances and provide a refund when required by contract or law; where allowed, we may first remedy a failure to provide the agreed service. Statutory withdrawal, remedies for non-conformity and payment rights are not restricted by this policy. Voluntary payments must be labelled as such at checkout; their treatment must be defined before they are introduced.

17.Fees

Any fees that apply to a transaction or service will be disclosed to you before you confirm it, or made available on the website.

You are responsible for any charges imposed by your own bank or payment provider.

18. Copyright, Personal Rights and Notice Procedure

Consistent with the notice and takedown framework in Part VII (Provisions Relating to Online Content), of the Nigerian Copyright Act 2022, rights holders can send a notice to Handicap-fanin writing including:

  1. their name and contact information, (b) the precise URL, (c) the protected work or image claimed to have been infringed, (d) a physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the right allegedly infringed ; (e) a declaration on oath that the complainant believes that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the owner of copyright, his agent or the law and (f) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate and that the complainant is authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the right allegedly infringed.

We acknowledge receipt, assess the report promptly, and may remove content or restrict access. Where legally appropriate, the affected creator receives an explanation and an opportunity to respond.

Repeated deliberate infringements may lead to account suspension. We may act without advance notice in cases of imminent harm or plainly unlawful content. Statutory claims remain available to all parties.

  1. User-generated content and community safety

Handicap-Fan has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post, upload, share, or transmit content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, fraudulent, spam, illegal,  or otherwise objectionable.

Handicap-fan provides tools for users to report objectionable content and block abusive users. When a user blocks another user, the blocked user's content may be hidden from that user's feed immediately and Handicap-fan may receive a report for review.

Handicap-fan may review, hide, remove, or restrict access to user-generated content at any time. Handicap-fan may suspend, remove, mute, or permanently restrict users who violate these Terms or community rules.

Handicap-fan aims to review reports of objectionable content within 24 hours and may remove offending content and restrict the user responsible where appropriate.

Users are responsible for the content they share and must not share private information, or content that puts other users at risk.

Users and every identifiable person appearing in uploaded content must be adults.

Creators must be able to demonstrate the required permissions and rights; an unsupported assertion may be insufficient where there are reasonable doubts.

Lawful, original or duly licensed content consistent with the Platform’s purpose is allowed. Another person’s Personal data, diagnosis, disability or personal story should not bedisclosed except with appropriate permission and in compliance with privacy law.

The scope and price of an offer must be clear. Users must not be directed to outside payment methods to evade the Platform’s payment arrangements.

Fans must not record, scrape or redistribute content beyond the rights granted to them. Lawful criticism and statutory exceptions remain unaffected.

Report violations through [reporting form Link if any) or info@handicap-fan.com, including a link, explanation and relevant evidence. We assess reports and responses fairly and document decisions.

  1. Referrals

Our referral programme lets you invite others using your user tag. Handicap-Fan Terms and Policies

9October 2026 · Operator: Handicap Fan Limited

Please read them carefully - by creating an account or using Handicap Fan, you agree to these Terms.

CONTENTS

  1. Acceptance of these terms
